1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Doercube, operated by Doercube. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://doercube.com (the "Site") and all related services, features, content, and applications offered by Doercube (collectively, the "Services").
When you access or use our Services, you are agreeing to these Terms. This creates a legally binding agreement between you and Doercube. If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, then you shouldn't use the Site or our Services. Your continued use means you accept them.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes, but it's your responsibility to review them periodically. The "Last Updated" date above will always show when the latest version took effect.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Services, you'll need to register for an account with Doercube. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Services and agree to these Terms.
When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You also agree to keep this information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify Doercube immediately at michael@doercube.com . We can't be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
Doercube offers various subscription plans for its Services. Details of these plans, including pricing and features, are available on the Site. When you subscribe, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
3.1. Recurring Billing and Automatic Renewal
Our subscription plans typically involve recurring billing. This means your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually) unless you cancel it. We will automatically charge your chosen payment method (e.g., credit card via Stripe) at the then-current rate for your plan. You authorize Doercube and its third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, to store your payment information and to charge your account on a recurring basis.
3.2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the Site. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Services until that time. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.
3.3. Price Changes
Doercube reserves the right to change its subscription fees at any time. We will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice before any price changes affecting existing subscriptions become effective, unless a shorter notice period is required or permitted by applicable law or by our payment processor's rules. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
3.4. Usage Limits
Certain subscription plans may include usage limits, quotas, or monthly allowances. These limits are measured automatically by our systems and may occasionally be approximate due to technical or operational factors. Doercube reserves the right to enforce such limits in good faith and to correct any measurement errors where reasonably necessary.
4. User-Generated Content (UGC)
The Services allow you to create, submit, upload, share, or store content, including startup information, tasks, prompts, files, project information, and other materials submitted through the Services (collectively, "User-Generated Content" or "UGC"). You retain all ownership rights in your UGC.
4.1. License to Doercube
By submitting UGC to Doercube, you grant Doercube a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your UGC in connection with the Services and Doercube's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Services (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. This license continues only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, improve, and provide the Services. The license ends when your User-Generated Content is deleted or your account is terminated, except to the extent that retention is required by applicable law, necessary for legitimate backup and archival purposes, to resolve disputes, enforce these Terms, or protect the Services and our legal rights.
4.2. Your Responsibilities for UGC
You are solely responsible for your UGC. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the UGC and to grant the license to Doercube as described above. You agree that your UGC will not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights. You also agree that your UGC will not be unlawful, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or be otherwise inappropriate.
4.3. Content Moderation
Doercube reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor, review, edit, or remove any UGC at its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, without notice. We don't endorse any UGC and are not responsible for its accuracy or legality.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, images, video, information, logos, and other content (excluding UGC), are the exclusive property of Doercube or its licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and foreign countries. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the Services are owned by Doercube or its licensors.
Your use of the Services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as generally permitted by the Services or with express written consent from Doercube.
Doercube respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a notice to michael@doercube.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice."

By using the Services, you grant Doercube a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and otherwise use your Inputs and Outputs as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, maintain, secure, improve, troubleshoot, comply with legal obligations, and protect the Services. This license ends when your Inputs or Outputs are deleted or your account is terminated, except where retention is required by applicable law, for legitimate backup and archival purposes, to resolve disputes, enforce these Terms, or protect the Services and our legal rights.
