Last Updated: July 28, 2026

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Doercube ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the https://doercube.com website ("Site"). This policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Doercube. We understand that your privacy is important. We are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.

Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, and from third-party providers such as Firebase Authentication and Stripe. This helps us provide and improve our services.

Personal Identification Information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a few ways. This happens when Users visit our Site, create an account, fill out a form, or interact with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available. The specific information we collect might include:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Account identifier (UID)
  • Account creation date
  • Subscription plan
  • Account preferences and settings

Users can, of course, visit our Site anonymously. We only collect personal identification information if they voluntarily submit it to us. If a User chooses not to supply certain personal identification information, it might prevent them from creating an account or using certain features of the Services.

Payment Information

Payment transactions are processed securely by Stripe. Doercube does not store your complete credit card or debit card information. We may store limited subscription and billing information, including:

  • subscription status
  • subscription plan
  • billing history
  • Stripe customer identifier
  • payment status

Non-Personal Identification Information

We also collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. This type of information doesn't directly identify you. It includes things like:

  • The browser name you're using
  • The type of computer or device you're on
  • Technical information about your means of connection to our Site (e.g., the operating system, the Internet service providers utilized, and other similar information)

This data helps us understand how people use our Site, which in turn helps us make it better.

AI Inputs and Outputs

When you use Doercube's AI-powered features, we collect the prompts, tasks, project information, files, and other content you submit ("AI Inputs"), as well as the responses generated by the AI ("AI Outputs"). We process this information solely to provide, operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and support the AI features of the Services. We do not use your AI Inputs or Outputs to advertise to you. AI Inputs and AI Outputs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, improve and troubleshoot AI functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the Services. You may request deletion of your AI Inputs and Outputs by deleting your account or contacting us, subject to any retention required by applicable law, security, fraud prevention, backup, archival purposes, or dispute resolution.

How We Collect Information

We gather information through several methods:

  • Directly from Users: This is when you provide information to us voluntarily. For example, when you sign up for the Doercube marketing communications on https://doercube.com, you give us your email address.
  • Automatically through Technology: As you navigate through the Site, we may use automatic data collection technologies. These collect certain non-personal information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. This includes details of your visits to our Site, traffic data, logs, device information, and other communication data.
  • Through Cookies: Our Site uses "cookies" to enhance the User experience. More on this below.

How We Use Your Information

Doercube collects and uses Users' personal information for the following purposes:

  • To Send Periodic Emails: If a User chooses to subscribe to marketing communications on https://doercube.com, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, and marketing content. We use your email address to send these newsletters.
  • To Improve Our Services: We use information to operate, provide, maintain, and improve Doercube's startup management features, AI functionality, user experience, and overall Services based on user interactions and feedback.
  • To Respond to Inquiries: If you contact us with a question or comment, we'll use your information to get back to you.
  • For Marketing and Promotional Purposes: We may use your information to tell you about new features, services, or special offers related to Doercube that we think you might find interesting.

We don't use your information for purposes unrelated to the services provided by Doercube without first notifying you and, where required, obtaining your consent.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information to others. We might share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. Here are the limited circumstances where we might share your personal information:

Third-Party Service Providers: We use carefully selected third-party service providers to operate the Services. Depending on how you use Doercube, these providers may process personal information on our behalf.

These providers include:

  • Firebase Authentication (Google) – user authentication and account management.
  • Stripe – payment processing and subscription management.
  • PostHog – analytics and product usage measurement.
  • OpenAI and Google Gemini – when you use AI-powered features, prompts, project information, files, and related content necessary to generate AI responses may be securely transmitted to these providers for processing. These providers may process submitted information in accordance with their applicable terms, privacy policies, and contractual commitments. AI providers process submitted information solely to provide the requested AI functionality.

These providers process personal information only as necessary to provide their services and under their own contractual privacy and security obligations.

For Legal Reasons: We will disclose your personal information where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement or to protect the security or integrity of our Service.

Business Transfers: In the event that Doercube is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred. We will provide notice where required by applicable law before your personal information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy. Where required by applicable law, users may exercise any applicable privacy rights before such transfer.

Marketing Communications

If you choose to subscribe to marketing communications, we may send you emails regarding product updates, new features, promotions, surveys, newsletters, and other information about Doercube. Marketing communications are optional, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

You can opt-out of receiving future marketing emails from us at any time. Every marketing email we send includes a clear "unsubscribe" link at the bottom. Just click that link, and you'll be removed from our marketing list. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect our legitimate business interests.

Different categories of information are retained for different periods. Account information is generally retained while your account remains active. Following account deletion, personal information is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period unless longer retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, archival purposes, accounting, tax obligations, or enforcement of our agreements. Security and audit logs may be retained for up to 24 months, or longer where required by law.

How We Store and Protect Information

We store personal information using secure cloud infrastructure and service providers that implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures. Access to personal information is limited to authorized personnel, contractors, and service providers who require it to operate the Services. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information and user-generated content within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by applicable law or is necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, archival purposes, or legal compliance.

Security and Audit Logs

Even after account deletion, Doercube may retain limited security and audit records, including:

  • account identifier (UID)
  • email address or a cryptographic hash of the email
  • timestamps
  • security events
  • account deletion records

These records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and protecting the integrity of the Services.

Data Security

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our Site. We use industry-standard security measures, but no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You should also take steps to protect your personal information, such as using strong passwords and not sharing them.

If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Site or through any of its features, subscribe to marketing communications, or provide any information about yourself to us. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Third-Party Websites

Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that links to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors, and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies.
