Acceptable Use Policy

Last Updated: July 28, 2026

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using the services and website provided by Doercube, accessible at https://doercube.com. When we say "Doercube," we mean Doercube and its affiliates, employees, and agents. This policy applies to all users, whether you're just browsing, creating an account, posting content, or using our software-as-a-service (SaaS) products.

Your use of Doercube's services means you agree to abide by this AUP. If you don't agree with these terms, you shouldn't use our website or services. We've put this policy in place to ensure a safe, secure, and productive environment for everyone.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using https://doercube.com, creating an account, making a payment, or submitting any content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this AUP. This agreement is legally binding. If you're using our services on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing to this policy for that organization, and you represent that you have the authority to do so.

3. Prohibited Uses Generally

You must not use Doercube's website or services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this AUP. This includes, but isn't limited to, any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Doercube server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the services. We expect you to use our platform responsibly and ethically.

Specifically, you are prohibited from:

  • Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Engaging in any activity that is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
  • Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Collecting or storing personal data about other users without their express consent.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Doercube website, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any Doercube server.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) Rules

Doercube allows users to create accounts and submit user-generated content, including prompts, tasks, project information, files, and other content submitted through the Services. This is a valuable part of our community. However, all UGC must comply with the standards outlined below. We don't pre-screen content, but we reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy.

4.1. Content Standards

When you submit prompts, tasks, project information, files, comments, reviews, or any other content through the Services, you agree that your content will not:

  • Be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
  • Contain unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
  • Contain software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
  • Be false, inaccurate, or misleading.
  • Promote illegal activities or provide instructions for illegal activities.
  • Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any other user or third party.
  • If you upload an image, for example, it shouldn't contain copyrighted material you don't own or have permission to use.

4.2. AI-Generated Content

Doercube may use AI-generated content in its products or services, and users may also have the ability to generate content using AI tools provided by Doercube or upload AI-generated content. When you use AI features or upload AI-generated content, you are solely responsible for ensuring that such content complies with all aspects of this AUP, including the content standards above. You must also ensure that your use of AI-generated content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights or violate any laws, including those related to data privacy or discrimination. Just because AI created it doesn't mean you're off the hook for its content. Users should not submit highly sensitive personal information, including health information, biometric data, government identifiers, or confidential personal data unrelated to the intended use of the Services unless they have appropriate authorization and a lawful basis to do so.

5. Prohibited Activities Related to SaaS and AI Services

Our software-as-a-service (SaaS) products and AI features are designed to help you. But there are limits to how you can use them.

5.1. Misuse of AI Features

You must not use Doercube's AI-powered products or services to:

  • Generate or disseminate misinformation, disinformation, or hate speech.
  • Create content that is discriminatory, exploitative, or promotes violence.
  • Generate or facilitate malware, phishing, fraud, credential theft, or other malicious or illegal activities.
  • Engage in automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human oversight.
  • Use the Services, including any AI-generated outputs, to develop, train, improve, market, or operate a product or service that competes with Doercube.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms or models of Doercube's AI services.

For instance, using our AI to generate fake news articles or to create discriminatory hiring algorithms would be a clear violation.

5.2. Software Misuse

When you subscribe to or use our SaaS products, you agree not to:

  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to our SaaS products to any third party without our express written consent.
  • Use the SaaS products to develop any competing product or service.
  • Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Doercube system or network, or breach any security or authentication measures.
  • Circumvent any technological measure implemented by Doercube or its providers or any other third party to protect the services.

Sharing your SaaS account login with others, for example, is a violation of this policy.

6. Payment Processing and Financial Misconduct

Doercube currently processes payments through Stripe. When you make a purchase or subscribe to a service on https://doercube.com, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You must not engage in any fraudulent payment activities.

Prohibited financial misconduct includes:

  • Using stolen credit card information or unauthorized payment methods.
  • Initiating chargebacks without a legitimate reason or in bad faith.
  • Attempting to defraud Doercube or its payment processor (Stripe) through false claims or manipulations.
  • Engaging in money laundering or other illegal financial activities through our platform.

Any such activity will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

7. Security Violations

You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of https://doercube.com. This includes, without limitation:

  • Accessing data not intended for you or logging into a server or account that you are not authorized to access.
  • Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.
  • Attempting to interfere with service to any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the site, overloading, "flooding," "spamming," "mailbombing," or "crashing."
  • Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting.

Any security violation could lead to civil or criminal liability. We take these matters seriously.

8. System and Network Abuse

You must not engage in any activities that disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of Doercube's systems or networks. This includes:

  • Using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the site for any purpose without our express written permission.
  • Taking any action that imposes, or may impose, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
  • Bypassing any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the site.
  • Sending unsolicited email, bulk email, or spam through Doercube's systems.

For example, running automated scripts to scrape large amounts of data from our site without permission would be considered system abuse.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

You must respect the intellectual property rights of Doercube and others. This means:

  • You may not upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
  • You may not use Doercube's trademarks, logos, or trade dress without our prior written permission.
  • You acknowledge that all content and materials available on https://doercube.com, including our software, website, documentation, branding, and other proprietary materials, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws.

If you upload a photo, make sure you own the copyright or have a license to use it. Don't use our logo on your own website without asking us first.

10. Privacy and Data Misuse

You must respect the privacy of other users and not misuse any personal data you may encounter on Doercube. This includes:

  • Collecting, storing, or processing personal data of other users without their explicit consent and in compliance with all applicable privacy laws.
  • Using any personal information obtained from Doercube for unsolicited marketing, spam, or any other unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempting to phish, scam, or otherwise trick users into revealing their personal information or account credentials.

We are committed to protecting user privacy, and we expect our users to do the same.

11. Monitoring and Enforcement

Doercube reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor your use of the services and to review any content you submit. We can investigate violations of this AUP or conduct that may be illegal. We may also consult and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the law.

If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including:

  • Issuing a warning.
  • Removing or modifying your user-generated content.
  • Suspending or terminating your account and access to our services.
  • Reporting your activities to law enforcement or other relevant authorities.
  • Pursuing legal action against you.

We strive to enforce this Acceptable Use Policy fairly and consistently.

12. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP by another user or any content that you believe violates these terms, please report it to us immediately. You can do this by contacting us at the email address provided in the "Contact Us" section below. Please provide as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation and any relevant links or screenshots.

13. Changes to the Policy

Doercube may revise this AUP at any time by updating this page. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this AUP periodically to stay informed about your obligations. Your continued use of https://doercube.com after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new AUP.
